Privacy Policy
Published:
This is a personal academic website. It has no comments, forms, accounts, or advertising, and I do not sell or share any information about visitors.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, as described in GitHub’s documentation and the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and records information such as the pages you view, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. I only look at aggregate statistics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third-party scripts
Pages load the MathJax library from cdnjs, a content delivery network run by Cloudflare, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.
